Guide to Our Product Conditions

Welcome to our official Conditioning guide. To ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, please review the condition charts below for Video Games, Consoles, and Trading Cards.

1. Video Game Conditions

For individual games on disc or cartridge.

• Sealed Brand New Factory sealed in original plastic.

• Used w/ Box & Manual Normal used condition. Includes original box/case and manual; generally complete.

• Incomplete Includes the original box/case, but manuals or inserts are missing.

• Incomplete - Flaw Box included (no inserts) but has a visible cosmetic flaw (cracks, tears, or staining).

• Game Only Disc or cartridge only. Fully playable, but no packaging included.

2. Console/System Conditions

For consoles, and handhelds.

• Sealed Brand New Brand new and factory sealed. Original manufacturer seals are intact.

• Complete In Box Includes console, all cords, one controller, and the original box and manual.

• Used - Complete Includes console, all necessary power/AV cords, and one controller. No box.

• Used - Flaw Includes console, cords, and controller. Fully functional but has visible cosmetic wear.

• Game Only Console unit only. No cords, controllers, or packaging included.

3. Trading Card Game (TCG) Conditions

For both Foil and Non-Foil cards.

• Near Mint (NM) Virtually unplayed. Sharp corners and clean edges.

• Lightly Played (LP) Very little wear or minor signs of playing.

• Moderately Played (MP) Fair amount of wear; all text is readable. Sleeve-playable.

• Heavily Played (HP) Shows significant wear or whitening on edges.

• Damaged (DMG) Ripped, stained, or creased. 

Note on Foils: All Foil versions follow the same physical conditioning standards as their Non-Foil counterparts.
